Miscellaneous Villains

Agent Orange
Victor Larraigne joined the US Army to be like his hero, Capt. Freedom. He went off to Viet Nam to fight for freedom. What he found there changed his outlook forever. Viet Nam, and his subsequent capture, imprisonment, and prolonged torture at a North Vietnamese prison camp turned Victor into a hardened, bitter, disillusioned man. Upon returning to the US, Victor's job prospects were limited. He became a homeless veteran living on the streets of Pacific City when he was abducted and experimented on by the Eclipse Cabal in their continued attempts to create their own super villains.

The process worked but was unreproducible. Agent Orange served the Eclipse Cabal for several years before escaping his mental programming and going rogue. Although free, residual mental programming and his own bitterness ensured Agent Orange remained anti-social and violent.

Agent Orange is only able to become solid for short periods of time, when he sleeps, or is rendered unconscious. He will never be able to really enjoy the life of a super villain, so he uses his powers to get revenge on those he perceives as being responsible for his lot in life: the US Government, Capt. Freedom, the Eclipse Cabal, and society in general.

Blue Light Special
Trisha Beauragard spent most of her dull life growing up in trailer parks across the U.S. She graduated from the International Hair Academy in Tempe, AZ, and moved to Pacific City, CA. There she met Cody Monroe, aka White Trash.

In 2000, Cody gave Trisha the Azure Jewel, a prize from one of his robberies. It was for that robbery that Cody was arrested and sent to serve four years in prison. Trisha, however, was transformed by the light of the inter-dimensional blue gem.

The Azure Jewel bathed Trisha in inter-dimensional rays. She found herself able to control rays of blue force, allowing her to create blue simulacra, move objects at a distance, and even fly.

White Trash
Florida man Cody Monroe hauled other people's trash for a living for seven years. One day, while he was illegally dumping a load of Manticore Bioindustries industrial waste in the Everglades, an accident inundated him with strange mutagenic biological compounds.

The accident should have killed Cody. Instead, he awoke in the swamp with the ability to telekinetically control trash. Any item anyone found useless or unwanted could be mentally controlled by Cody.

At first Cody thought small. He used his powers to continue hauling trash. Eventually, he turned his powers towards crime. It was during a heist that he stole the mystic Azure Jewel, which he gave to his girlfriend Trisha Beauragard, aka Blue Light Special.

Cody was caught and served four years in Santa Rosa prison. Upon release, Cody got back in touch with Blue Light Special and returned to a life of crime.

The villain known as Mega-Hertz was born Michael Hertz. As a child, Hertz was fascinated with radio. He built his first shortwave set when he was six. Socially awkward and painfully shy, Hertz was able to listen to his friends around the world through his radio. Not content with portable radio, Hertz developed a mysterium implant that would turn his brain and nervous system into a living radio antenna. Hertz’s implant gave him the ability to hear radio frequencies inside his head. The implant worked too well. Eventually, Hertz was unable to distinguish his own thoughts from the radio waves of the implant. As time passed, the uncontrollable voices drove him insane. Eventually, he learned that he could transmit radio waves and even high frequencies. The mysterious radio voices commanded Hertz to commit crimes. As the criminal Mega-Hertz, he became the master of the non-visible electromagnetic spectrum, controlling radio and microwaves on one end and X-Rays and Gamma Rays on the other end. Mega-Hertz uses his powers to perform acts of terrorism and to support other villains with dedicated agendas.

Standard scheduled portals cost $1 million minimum and typically include a 3-60 hour waiting list. Additional conditions such as hazardous cargo, discretion, illegal destinations, and/or immediate services each increase the price by 10.

For the most part, Portal provides mundane commercial teleportation services to corporations and governments. Sometimes, she'll provide her services to super-villains, terrorists, and anyone else able to pay her high fees.

Many governments would like to arrest Ms. Doi, but thus far she has been able to elude capture thanks to her ability to keep the location of her teleport device and staff a secret and the support of her corporate and underground contacts.
