The Chiron Academy

The Chiron Academy is a secret school for super-powered terrorists and criminals founded by the Legion. The location of the Chiron Academy is kept secret even from its students. It is unknown from where the Academy receives its funding though it is believed that the Legion is a primary backer. Super-powered beings are recruited at a young age to attend the Academy. Graduates are set up with a new persona, a secret base, equipment, and staff. The brightest students become members of the Terror Teens group of super-powered villains.
