The Eclipse Cabal

The Eclipse Cabal began in the 1960s as a fringe cult but grew to become an international military, terrorist, and espionage organization. The Eclipse Cabal was founded by the mysterious masked figure known only as Imperious Leader. For the last fifty years, the Imperious Leader has led the Eclipse Cabal with an iron fist. The goal of the cabal is to destroy civilization in a global apocalypse, which they call the Eclipse, so that a new one designed by the Imperious Leader may arise in its place.

The Imperious Leader

The mysterious masked leader of the Eclipse Cabal is known only as the Imperious Leader. He is the public face of the Eclipse Cabal, appearing in all videos claiming responsibility for terrorist acts carried out by his minions or making incredible demands while holding entire cities hostage. Little is known about his abilities, strengths, or weaknesses. 

DaFoe

DaFoe is a former mercenary and terrorist. He is now the Imperious Leader's second in command and confidante. He oversees major operations in the field. He is a master combatant who is skilled in all forms of weaponry and unarmed fighting. He is an expert in pursuit driving, demolitions, and disguise. He is also a renowned tactician and strategist.
